Nanny Requirements

Requirements for Novice Nanny Applicant

A Novice Nanny has under 3 years of Nanny or Child Care Experience.

• Must be 19 years or older
• Must be a High School graduate
• Must have prior experience with children
• Checkable references
• No criminal record
• A valid driver's license
• Must be able to make a 1 year commitment to the right family. On average our nannies stay with families 2 1/2 years

Requirements for Professional Nanny Applicant

A Professional Applicant has over 3 years Nanny experience or a college degree in a related field.

• Minimum 3 years nanny experience or college education
• Checkable references
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be a High School graduate
• No criminal record
• A valid driver's license
• Must be able to make a 1 year commitment to the right family. On average our nannies stay with families 2 1/2 years.
